Mike took us on a tour and we had a great time. We got to see diamond head and all the parks. The segways are a great way to get around in a quick way! Also too much fun!

Truly enjoyed the 3-hour Waikiki and Diamond Head Segway Tour as we got to see a good portion of Waikiki in a fun way that appealed not only to my husband and me but also to our two teenage boys (ages 18 and 16). The tour consisted of our family of four and our tour guide Mike who was knowledgeable about the areas visited and also provided us with future suggestions for other activities and restaurant recommendations. As a result, we were able to go at our own pace and determine the length of our stops. One recommendation that I think would improve the overall experience is to have the guide wear a microphone with receivers in each of the participants' helmets so that it can be a more inclusive experience. I was immediately behind the guide so I was able to hear everything he said while we were in motion but honestly, the rest of my family missed most of it as we would travel mostly in a single file. As a result, we would relay information back to each other but think they would have prefered hearing directly from the guide.

Tour was very good, prompt start and excellent tuition. Got to see all the sights of waikiki and great photo opportunities of diamond head itself. The description when purchased said the tour would be 3 hours it was only 2 in the end. This was a blessing as our legs were quite tired by the end but really this should be advertised as 2 hours to not mislead. Recommendations bring water and sunscreen, despite the early start (7am),h awaii gets very hot very quickly. Also no time on the viator voucher meant I had to contact the tour operator separately, no issue just a slight inconvenience.

It was only my partner and I on this tour and it was great! Timo was a great guide and showed us lots of points of interest in the city. We covered lots of ground and learning how to move around on the segway was good fun. My partner has some eye and depth perception issues and isn't the greatest at balancing, so I'd been a little worried about him on the segway, but I think he picked it up quicker than I did! Also, got two amazing lunch recommendations (Maguro Spot and Goofy Cafe - try them both!) I recommend doing a tour early in your stay so you get a nice lay of the land early on. We got great pricing on Groupon.

Fantastic Time!! We did the 3 hour Waikiki and Diamond Head tour. There was only our family of 4 and our friendly guide Jacob. Arrived about 10 mins early and everything was ready. First a safety briefing & practice session. Jacob was very safety conscious and patient with us. Each Segway had a nice size compartment on it to hold your supplies. ( purse, hat, phone etc ) Definitely recommend!!

Although the tour left very early in the morning, it was a great way to see Waikiki. We segwayed along the beach for a while and then went to the main street through Waikiki. We ended up down the far end of Waikiki beach and then went to view Diamond Head. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about Waikiki and the attractions we saw. There is plenty of time to get off the segway and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I would highly recommend this as a great way to see the area.

We had never been on a segway ever and we're past 30.... enough said. While vacationing in Oahu, we decided this might be fun!. It took no time at all to learn to manuever the segway. And after I got off, I was sad that I had to start walking again... Jacob was our guide and was friendly and knowledgeable, and took us on the diamond head beach side tour. What a great way to view the island where you don't have to walk! We stopped every once in awhile for scenic photos/views and got to play around in an open field. Highly recommend Waikiki Segway!

Signed up for this as it looked like fun. No disappointments as Jacob was a great instructor. I have never done this before and I am over 60 years of age. Jacob made it easy as he showed me exactly what to do and how. It is actually pretty simple with a good 5 minute training session beforehand. We went all the way from the Ala Moana Blvd office to Hilton Hawaiian, down the beach access thru Ft Derussy and up to Kalakaua. Then we made our way along the sidewalk up to Diamond Head road. Diamond Head was a basic sidewalk we were sharing with the local homeowners and they did not seem happy about us being on “their” sidewalk. We left that area and played some in the open field and saw several beaches. Took some photos and had time for a short break. After this we made our way down Kuhio back to Ala Moana. That was pretty easy without any problems. Jacob was so nice to take pictures and a video of me riding. I highly recommend him and the company. The Segway I had was in perfect condition. There is a pouch on the Segway big enough to carry your bottled water, suntan lotion and cell phone. The whole trip took close to 3 hours and cost about $170. Enjoy yourself.

We've ridden Segway before, so learning curve was not bad. But even for newbies most should be able to learn enough to handle the tour. We navigate some of the busier sidewalks in Waikiki filled with pedestrians, constructions occasionally and of course crossing streets. By the time the tour ended, you got enough skills to really enjoy it. Only suggestion I have is since we have to ride single file, the narration from tour guide who is up front was difficult to hear other than the person immediately behind him. So some kind of headsets and mic like they provide on tours between guide and riders would be extremely helpful so no one will miss out on the stories from the guide. Overall I do recommend 3 hrs tour wholeheartedly. You get to see Waikiki all the way towards Diamond Head in an easy manner.

The Waikiki/Diamond Head Tour was a great time. It only lasted 2.5 hrs but I think that was because the riders all had experience, we got started quickly and there were only 4 of us. Because of that we moved quickly through crowds. The guides were great and very informative. Stopped when we needed to for a stretch and plenty of time to take pictures. I would definitely recommend this tour
