    Worth the trip. Washington in one day is not enough but if that is only you can spare then this trip is worth doing. Would do it again.

    I have travelled with viator in April and it was excellent but unfortunately this time I made a réservation for 5 friends and I had a luggage with me so the driver won't let me get in the bus and they left me alone with my luggage. The whole surprise was when I contacted viator team so they don't allow any refund for one person nor a voucher for another trip. Really no one told me I couldn't get my luggage with me but to pay and to be deprived for traveling and for refund and for a voucher for another trip I think this is not a behavior coming from a great comapny such as viator. I hope to be contacted again by them to reconsider their decision. All regards

    It was a great way to see Washington DC in one day. Our guide, Allan, was very knowledgeable and he made the trip very interesting. Shame about the weather though.
