Francesco è una persona cordiale e molto competente. Ci ha accompagnati nella vigna e ci ha fatto apprezzare sia le varietà dei grappoli sia le tecniche di coltivazione. Il suo modo di accarezzare i grappoli è incantevole ed è dimostrazione della cura trasfusa nel lavoro. Ottimi gli assaggi dei vini, bellissimo il territorio, una visita che consigliamo!

Eravamo in 3 adulti (regalo di compleanno per mio fratello) È stata veramente una bellissima scoperta. Una visita diversa dal solito; la maggior parte del tempo lo si trascorre in mezzo alle vigne, dove si prova a capire cosa vuole dire coltivare vitigni in quel territorio così speciale. Francesco bravissimo! ci ha accompagnati in questa scoperta con tutta la sua passione per il suo lavoro e la sua terra. Si percepisce il grande orgoglio per la sua cantina, tramandata nella famiglia dal nonno al padre ed ora a lui. C’è una grande attenzione al rispetto della genuinità attraverso l’utilizzo di tecniche naturali che accompagnano la crescita delle vigne; il risultato lo si sente nel vino. Vino eccellenti. Speciale il Malvasia ma non solo. Ci siamo fermati a pranzo e la sala con il camino è un’esperienza in più Consigliatissima Ps. Francesco, la foto con l’asino la faremo la prossima volta :-)
