PDC Cartizze - Valdobbiadene

One of our guides will accompany you during the tasting experience which includes a brief explanation of the Prosecco territory with particular attention to its Cru, the Cartizze. A sensory analysis of four Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze sparkling wines will follow: 1 glass of Cartizze BRUT • 1 glass of Cartizze DRY • 1 glass of Cartizze BIO EXTRA BRUT • 1 glass of Cartizze BIO EXTRA DRY. We continue outside with a visit to the cellar and the organic vineyard where the methods of winemaking and some notions on the care of the vineyard and on the ORGANIC cultivation will be illustrated. The experience ends in our panoramic Photo Point!

Eine empfehlenswerte Besichtigung und Führung bei Cartizze PDC. In einem modernen Ambiente mit exzellenten Informationen sowie einer äußerst kompetenten Begleiterin (Giulia?). Die Verkostung war immer begleitet mit den benötigten Erklärungen sowie der Möglichkeit/Aufforderung zu Fragen. Der anschließende Gang durch die Rebstöcke war ebenfalls mit interessanten Erklärungen verbunden. Wer derartige Besuche mag, der ist bei Cartizze bestens aufgehoben. Auch die „Gebühr“ von 35 Euro war m. E. die ganze Sache wert.
