Your Itinerary

Yosemite National Park

As the audio guides play commentary based on your gps location, you can create your own itinerary along the tour route to match your interests and schedule. Or you can use our trip planners for our suggestions on half, full or multi day itineraries. Some of the many highlights are listed below;

Bridalveil Falls

With a drop of 620 feet, Bridalveil Falls puts on a show and is one of Yosemite's must-sees. A short 0.5 mile paved trail will take you to the viewpoint.

El Capitan

"El Cap" continues to challenge and inspire rock climbers around the world to achieve new records and style to summit it's 3000foot granite walls.

Glacier Point

Oh what a view! The overlook of the Yosemite Valley, Half Dome and Yosemite Falls is breathtaking. A short paved trail leads from the carpark. The view down to Curry Village 3214 feet below can be a little unnerving for some.

Half Dome

One of the most well known images of Yosemite is the distinctive shape of Half Dome. However misleading as it was never whole...

Hetch Hetchy Reservoir

Looking for a less crowded part of Yosemite Park to explore? The Hetch Hetchy Valley features more granite formations, hikes, spring waterfalls and wildflowers.

Olmsted Point

A viewpoint along Tioga Pass looking south to Half Dome, Clouds Rest and Tenaya Canyon.

Tioga Pass

High alpine area and road from East Entrance to Yosemite Valley. Once open each season, enjoy the many hikes, wildlflowers or scenic drive.

Tuolumne Grove of Giant Sequoias

Superb grouping of Giant Sequioas. Hike a 1 mile downhill to see character trees both dead and alive, including Dead Giant.

Wawona Covered Bridge

Wander and explore the Wawona Hotel, collection of horse carriages at the Pioneer Yosemite History Center and old timber covered bridge.

Yosemite Falls

Truly one of the iconic images of Yosemite. In spring, snowmelt drives a thunderous amount of water down the upper, middle and lower sections.

Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias

Giant Sequoias are the biggest trees in the world, combining tremendous height and thick trunks. The best collection of these is at Mariposa Grove.

could be better.. didn't tell me that sone roads were closed. found out the hard way and I wish it would guide us to go around new areas to explore. once you enter certain entrance that's it.

We were limited in the time we had and this audio tour was very helpful in getting the most out of our tour.

The driving tour was awesome! A lot of great facts and information along the way! Would recommend to all.

NJSwede31

The audio tour was amazing! It came on automatically as we drove through Yosemite, and it knew exactly where we were and told us about "must see" view coming up, with background information. We could travel at our own pace and revisit sites and hear the information again. I previewed the tour before we went to Yosemite as I was allowed to download it when I purchased it. Well worth the money if you are driving yourself.

Frustration. Audio never worked in spite of taking all corrective steps. The sample played so I know it was not my phone.

Maria_T

The knowledge given on how important areas to stop and visit were. With the information given we were able to decide the areas to visit He was right: his recommendations were spot on.

Excellent app & will definetly use again on another visit / tour. Guided tour at your own pace with interesting dialog from the app and cost virtually nothing! Really impressed.

TomLACA

For $15 per car (4 people in our case), good value for $$. Easy to download and install app on one device. Accurate pointing out next turn or attraction as you drive thru the Yosemite Valley or the Tulomme Meadows (as was our case). We did not have time to get up to Glacier Point or Wawana, but assume similar reception and articulate 'guide' to highlight what to see and what to skip, as well as occasiional 'history lessons'. Good job. It was fun to follow.
