We did the wine tour and a wine tasting. Been to wineries all over and done tours but this was the best tour I’ve ever experienced. Staff were so helpful and passionate. Most informative tour I’ve ever been on. Wine tasting was very nice, could tell how much attention and care they put into each bottle.

MUST VISIT WINERY This is my 3rd time in the hunter valley and this is by far the best tasting experience I have come across, me and my dad stopped by before heading back to Sydney and we are glad we did, the scenery is absolutely stunning, the wines are great and what topped it off was Christine “tinny” she sat down with us for most of the tasting and it wasn’t just her wine knowledge that was great, it was her personality, highly recommend.

Looks like I'm not the only one complaining of poor customer service. Very disappointed with our experience at Keith Tulloch. Earlier this week my husband and I arrived at the cellar door late in the afternoon, but still before closing time and were completely ignored by the staff member. We waited and waited, had to ask for the tasting list and then she continued to pour and chat w the other customer (1 single male, and 1 couple) so it certainly wasn't a busy time at that hour. We waited some more and then got up and left. We've never been ignored like that at a vineyard, and definitely won't be returning. Lift your game Keith Tulloch and look after your customers. It is customers that keep you in business!

We had a very short time to visit but had a wonderful tasting experience given by a young lady who was extremely helpful. Tasting room is well laid out with lovely views of vineyards and surrounding hills. Great wines as well with Kester a highlight! Thanks again

The cellar door setting is beautiful and we had great expectations as we sat down but this wasn’t our favourite experience in the Hunter. There was a charge for tasting which is not unusual these days but it wasn’t deducted against purchases and the tasting volumes were very small. The service was professional but not particularly warm and we didn’t feel exactly welcomed although the table next to us seemed to be having a better time. The wine was nice but not amazing and in summary we wouldn’t rush back given other options available.

Apparently we were too early for our booked in wine tasting (we arrived 2 minutes before our allotted time, so our table was not ready and were seated 5 minutes after our booked in time) Lotus, our host, was lovely, very informative and as we were dining at muse kitchen she offered us a glass of wine while we wait (This was 10 mins before our lunch booking). We were strongly erged not to have the glass of wine by another lady as our booking was close. Therefore left a sour taste and after lunch decided not to go back and purchase any wine (although there were quite a few we would have purchased) very disappointing

We had Jack, a new staff member, he was absolutely delightful to deal with. He listened and answered all of our questions, I would definitely recommend Jack if you’re to visit Tulloch!

Their wine is superb, the views are amazing, the staff are lovely and generous (shout out to Cameron). Plus such great food and chocolate on site. We could really just spend our whole trip here.
