This was a great trip and a good way to see some key areas of Sydney. Our tour guide was very informative and looked after all on board! Time was a little short on stops, but we crammed a lot into the entire tour.

Our tour guide, Martin, was extremely rude and condescending. He set a stop watch and timed us at each stop, threatening us repeatedly that he would leave us behind with no mercy if we were even slightly late. When we parked at each stop, our guide would lecture us for 5-10 minutes on directions and where we could go. Naturally, such a deluge of information could be confusing and overwhelming, especially when English was not a first language for some people on tour. However, when people approached him to clarify his directions, he continued making rude comments such as, “I guess I wasted my breath and energy but if you want me to explain …”. To add to all of the above, the tour seemed more a marathon than a tour. With the rigid times and pressure of Martin’s stopwatch, many of us were sprinting back and forth from the various locations and the bus. Please kindly consider treating your guests with respect and kindness. Thank you.

Enjoyable overview of the city. The bus stops at key sites , and the driver generally gave useful information. It was a little difficult to understand him because of his thick accent.

Great tour, but please update the meeting point instructions. Very confusing- almost missed the bus.

Good tour for an overview of some of the city. I was a little hesitant after reading some reviews. It takes a bit of walking, but nothing strenuous. You can stay on the bus if you want. One flight of stairs at Mrs Macquarie chair. Enough stops with bathrooms. Time enough to get lunch at a couple of stops. We had sit down fish and chips at Bondi Beach. Not rushed as some suggested. We had a full bus. Driver was excellent in giving a great narrative and background. Very entertaining. Meeting point at the fountain was unclear. No signage. Driver came and rounded everyone up. So you need to be around the fountain at 10 am. If you are there, no problem. We took an Uber to the St. James transit stop, but anywhere around the fountain is fine, like st Mary’s, as long as you make your way to the fountain.

Great guide and the tour hit all the high points. Reserving was easy and secure pay point. Would have liked to take other tours, too.

Incredible overview of Sydney! This bus trip was way above just driving around the city. Our driver Martin gave us great background and commentary on the areas we visited and allowed us to get off and explore at key stops. We went to many great areas outside of the downtown highlights. Would highly recommend!

Everything was excellent and the bus driver was very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you very much for everything.

This was our 2nd time in 6 years to do the tour. Martin is fabulous, funny and friendly. Highly recommended this tour.

The tour concentrated too much on the eastern side of Sydney. Should have included the central and western parts as well
