Though Lasse would have loved to have been here with me, I knew Astrid would have passed on this adventure, preferring a quite museum to this.

I opted for the suckling pig, recommended by other patrons, and I have to say, it was a culinary masterpiece. The meat was tender and flavorful, the skin perfectly crisp. The restaurant itself was a delightful experience, with a vibrant atmosphere and attentive service. It was the perfect place to unwind and reflect on the day's adventures. I savored every bite, feeling grateful for the simple pleasures of good food and good company. Though I was dining alone, the energy of the restaurant made me feel connected to the world around me.

I was tempted to get one of the huarache sandals for myself, but I wasn't sure I could pull them off back in Silkeborg.

The meal was a perfect ending to a perfect day, a reminder of the beauty and richness of life. I left the restaurant feeling grateful and inspired, ready for whatever tomorrow might bring.
