    Faultless experience! Views are spectacular and the cafe at the summit was surprisingly good. Can thoroughly recommend.

    terribly organized. we weren’t told that we needed to get a ticket reservation back. we waited nearly 2 hours to get back down with the cabin car. our parking therefore expired and we had to pay a fine. they are money hungry and let way too many people up there so that you are squeezed in the cable car like sardines. its extremely gimmicky and way too expensive for what you get. I expected way more. they had exactly one vegetarian meal option which was a not very nourishing pumpkin soup and way too expensive. I’m not the person to complain about a place but this is definitely the worst organized place even though they’re clearly trying to be organized (in all the wrong ways) and make as much as much money as possible. we went there on a tuesday so I dont even wanna know how bad it is on a saturday…

    Due to the weather conditions I didn’t have chance to use it but they were very nice to refund my money. I hope soon I can come back and use it because it looks really fun

    There was NO skipping the line. We had to go through the same process as those who showed up without tickets. I’m fact, it would have been less time had we not bought the skip the line pass. They had to look up our tickets and verify them.

    We actually went in July 2019 on what could have been the foggiest day in Switzerland and it mad the cable car ride more special as it felt like we were in heaven! The clouds did clear up enough after we reached the top to enjoy the glorious view!. The revolving restaurant and food was great and the marmots were so cute!
