First we were told we’d be picked up at 9:30 am because our first reservation was at 10 am. The driver had sent a text saying he was on his way and I asked if he’d be there by 9:30 and he said 10 am which is what he was told, I reached back out to the company about it but never got a response. Luckily we we’re still able to get in at the first vineyard but it pushed everything out. Also the driver had no idea where he was supposed to be going so we had to B look things up and get him directions. He didn’t really speak good English and wasn’t very fun. In addition he told me we had six hours and I told him we paid for 8 which he did confirm later. He was a very bad driver too, very jerky. We we’re not sure who’s fault this was because he texted us and we got a separate text from the company saying our driver was someone different. Again we we’re not sure who’s fault this was so we still tipped him but very disappointed in the communication and quality for 900.00. I would not recommend.

Everything about Napa-Sonoma Wine Driver was excellent - start to finish. The communication leading up to our event was stellar and gave me complete confidence that our driver would be there at the scheduled time - and he was. Tony was a super nice guy and gave us the freedom to enjoy our tastings without having to worry about driving. An overall excellent experience - would definitely use again when we're back in the area.

I requested a couple quotes for a private wine tour and they were the first to reply. They were very responsive and follow up with emails before the scheduled date. The driver was very professional in a suit. The SUV was nice and clean. You can sync your phone to play your music. The ride from SFO to Napa back SF was smooth and quick. Highly recommended!!
