The course will begin with a tour of the 0 km vegetable garden and will be divided into three sentences: the first phase, where we will discover the history of Tramonti pizza, its origins, the dough techniques and the use of raw materials; the second phase where a real dough will be made with the transformation and cooking of the loaves which will be seasoned as desired with the typical products of Tramonti and the third phase is that of tasting, where the excellence of the territory will be tasted.
