    Waited for driver to meet us at agreed upon location for 45 minutes. Called the company - no answer. Supposedly the company asked me to confirm the day before. Spotty WI FI. Never saw this request until the day of the tour. Tour could have called. Was really looking forward to seeing Mt. Etna and gourmet lunch. Company took my $420. Why would they not show when I never canceled per their more than 24 hour policy? Was in Taormina 4 nights. This tour was supposed to be a highlight. Disputing the charge with my credit card company. Expect an apology and refund. Will never prepay a tour. $420.00 poorer, saw nothing, and extremely disappointed. Actually cried!

    Waited 45 minutes for pickup at agreed upon location. Prepaid on May 18th. Excursion was supposed to happen on the 25th. Supposedly the tour operator send a message on the 24th to confirm. Never saw it until the next morning. WI FI was inconsistent. Had to walk over a mile to take a non English speaking taxi to Mt. Etna. No gourmet lunch. Was supposed to go at 9:30 so we could get back at a reasonable hour. By the time we found a taxi, it was 11:30. No gourmet lunch, no tour, and we returned at 5:30. Called credit card company to dispute the charge. There is no excuse for the driver to "no show". He had my phone #. Also, when I called Travelogy, no one answered. Called Viator, she was very nice and disappointed with the local driver. I have his name and #. Hope to see a credit soon. I will not give up until I do. Very disappointed! Was in Taormina 4 nights. A private tour and gourmet lunch was supposed to be a highlight. Will not book through TripAdvisor or Viator again until there is an apology and refund. Cried. Ruined my day! Very funny asking for pictures! There are none. There are no memories! Just $420.00 poorer!

    We had the private tour and couldn’t have enjoyed the experience anymore. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable he took us to mount etna and then off on a wine tour with lunch. We loved every minute of it

    What a fabulous tour! A highlight of the Etna wine region and chance to see the majestic Mt Etna. Massimo was filled with knowledge! Highly recommend.

    Don’t take it. Our driver never showed up at all. I believe there was never a driver assigned. Had to call several times and had to get a refund. Spoilt my day

Etna, PLUS a stop at one top station of the volcano. The tour offers: 1) A Food & Wine Experience of absolute excellence: you will visit authentic wineries established in 1800 and still run by the same family; 2) A visit to one of the top stations on Mt. Etna (South or North, according to the winery we will visit), with walk on the old lava rivers and its old craters. The tour is based on the area of Mt. Etna, the highest volcano in Europe. This area is very rich in terms of grapes intensity and taste. Local and ancient grapes are cultivated here: Nerello Mascalese (red) and Carricante (white), to mention a couple. The area is plenty of local and international producers. The wine tasting will offer local genuine food as pairing, with a full tour of winery, walk in the vineyard, barrels cellars and all the facilities. Travelosophy means excellence.
