From Rainsville, Alabama, head north on Alabama Hwy 75 for approximately 6 miles. Turn left onto County Road 27 and continue for about 0.75 miles, then turn right onto County Road 194. Follow County Road 194 to reach the lake. There is no admission fee to enter the park, but a daily fishing permit is required for those 12 and older, costing $3. Boat permits are $5 for rentals and $3 for personal boats.
