Walking
From Durrës city center, head towards the coast along Rruga Dritan Hoxha. Continue straight until you reach the beach promenade, where you will see the sea on your left. Follow the promenade west for about 1 km until the end of the beach. Turn right onto Rruga Abdulla Tabaku and walk for about 300 meters. The observation deck will be on your left at number 13.
Public Transport
From the Durrës Bus Station (Stacioni i Autobusëve), take a local bus heading towards the city center. Ask the driver to drop you off at the intersection of Rruga e Dajlani and the beach promenade. Walk towards the beach and turn left. Continue along the promenade for about 700 meters until you reach Rruga Abdulla Tabaku. Turn right and walk for about 200 meters to reach the observation deck at number 13. A single bus fare costs approximately 40 lek (0.32 USD).
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Durrës and can be hailed from the street. A taxi ride from the city center to the observation deck, located on Rruga Abdulla Tabaku 13, is a short trip. The base fare for a taxi is 250 ALL, with an additional 200 ALL per kilometer. A typical short ride may cost around 1250 ALL.
