Walking
If you are starting from the Durres city center, head towards the coast along Rruga Dritan Hoxha. Continue straight until you reach the beach promenade, where you will see the sea on your left. From there, follow the promenade towards the west for about 1 km until you reach the end of the beach. At the end of the promenade, you will see a street leading away from the beach, which is Rruga Abdulla Tabaku. Turn right onto Rruga Abdulla Tabaku and walk for about 300 meters. The observation deck will be on your left at number 13.

From the main bus station in Durres, take a local bus heading towards the beach area. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to the beach promenade. Once you exit the bus, walk towards the beach and continue along the promenade towards the west. Follow the same directions as noted above: walk to the end of the beach, turn right onto Rruga Abdulla Tabaku, and proceed to number 13.
