From Durrës city center, head towards the coast on Rruga Dritan Hoxha. Continue to the beach promenade and turn left, walking west for about 1 km until the end of the beach. Turn right onto Rruga Abdulla Tabaku and walk for 300 meters; the observation deck is on the left at number 13. This walk takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
