Walking
From the center of Sarandë, head up Rruga Skenderbeu towards the castle. The walk takes approximately 20-30 minutes and offers beautiful views of the coastline. Be prepared for a steep path in some parts.
Public Transport
From the main bus terminal in Sarandë, take a local bus heading towards Lëkurësi Castle. The buses are frequent and cost around 1 EUR (approximately 115 Lekë) for a one-way trip. Inform the driver of your destination.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Sarandë. A taxi ride to Kalaja e Lëkurësit from the city center will cost approximately 1800 ALL. Confirm the fare before starting the journey.
Car
If driving, follow the SH8 road towards Sarandë. Once in Sarandë, follow signs towards Kalaja e Lëkurësit. The castle is located on a hill overlooking the city. Parking near the entrance costs approximately 2-3 EUR.
