Walking
From Skanderbeg Square, head east on Rruga Abdi Toptani. Turn left onto Bulevardi Dëshmorët e Kombit. Walk along this street, passing the Palace of Culture on your left. Continue to the roundabout and take the second exit onto Rruga e Dibrës. After about 400 meters, the Friendship Monument will be on your right, located in a small park area. Walking from Skanderbeg Square to the monument takes approximately 15 minutes.

From the city center, take a local bus. Bus fare is 40 Lek. Get off at the stop 'Sheshi Wilson'. From there, walk towards the left down Rruga e Dibrës for about 300 meters. The Friendship Monument will be on your left side, near a small park.
