From the center of Vlorë, head towards the waterfront promenade along the main boulevard (Bulevardi Ismail Qemali). Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Rruga Uji i Ftohte. Turn right onto Rruga Uji i Ftohte and follow it until you reach the beach area. Plazhi i Llovizit is located further along this road, past the public beaches. Look for signs directing you to the beach.
