Getting there

Walking

From the center of Bibala, head southwest towards the coordinates: -14.760531, 13.355841. It's about a 30-minute walk. Take local paths and enjoy the scenic views, but be cautious of the local traffic. There are no costs associated with walking.

Public Transportation

From Tundavala Gap, find a local taxi or 'kombote' (shared van) heading towards Lubango. The fare is usually around 150-200 Kwanza. Once you arrive at the Lubango bus terminal, look for transportation heading to Bibala. You can take another kombote for about 100 Kwanza. Inform the driver that you want to go to MUTIPA or ask locals for directions once you are in Bibala. The total cost is approximately 250-300 Kwanza.

Car

From Tundavala Gap, head south on the main road (EN-105) towards Lubango. Continue on this road for approximately 20 km. You will pass through scenic landscapes and small villages. As you approach Lubango, follow the signs to Bibala. After entering Bibala, navigate to the local roads that lead to the coordinates: -14.760531, 13.355841. Look for directional signs or ask locals for guidance to reach MUTIPA, which is located near the outskirts of Lubango. Parking should be free. Tolls are not applicable.
