Taxi fares are fixed and are typically around $26-$35 for two people from the airport and $18-$25 from Blowing Point, plus $5 for each additional passenger, and $1 for each additional piece of luggage after the first two. Note that there is an additional charge of $4 for trips between 6 PM and midnight, and $10 for trips between midnight and 6 AM.

Renting a car offers the most flexibility for exploring Anguilla, including Black Garden Bay. From the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal or the airport, follow the main road towards The Valley. Then, follow signs towards Shoal Bay. Turn off the main road when you see signs for Black Garden Bay. Be prepared for a slightly bumpy ride on unpaved roads as you approach the bay.
