Subte (Metro)
If you are near a Subte station, take Line A (the light blue line) towards San Pedrito. Get off at the 'Catedral' station. From there, exit and walk towards the Plaza de Mayo. Once you reach the plaza, head south on Avenida de Mayo until you reach the intersection with Avenida 9 de Julio. Turn right and continue until you see the Monumento a los Dos Congresos on your left, located at Solís 100.
Bus
You can also take a bus to get there. Look for bus lines 5, 9, or 18, which have stops near Plaza de Congreso. Get off at the 'Congreso' stop, and from there, walk towards the southwest along Avenida Rivadavia. The monument is located at Solís 100, just a short walk away.
