Getting There

From Cafayate, head southeast on Ruta Nacional 40 (RN40) for approximately 24 kilometers. Look for signs indicating 'Rio Colorado' as you approach the area. After about 24 km, you will see a turn-off to your right that leads to the parking area for the waterfalls. Make sure to follow the dirt road signs to the waterfalls, which is about 5 kilometers further into the hills.
