From Plaza Colón in the city center, head south along Avenida Luro for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach Avenida Juan B. Justo. Turn left onto Avenida Juan B. Justo and continue until you see the sign for Tripulantes del Fournier street. Turn right onto Tripulantes del Fournier and walk for about 300 meters. The Monumento a los Héroes de Malvinas will be on your left. Walking is free.
