Walking
If you're starting from the city center, make your way to Av. San Martín. Head south on Av. Pellegrini until you reach Av. San Martín. Turn left onto Av. San Martín and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes on your way. Plaza Montenegro will be on your right, just before you reach the intersection with Bv. Oroño.

From the city center, you can catch bus number 142 or 101 at the nearest bus stop. The bus stops at Av. San Martín. Ride for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'Plaza Montenegro' or the closest stop to it. From there, it's just a short walk to the plaza.

If you're comfortable riding a bike, rent one and head towards Av. Pellegrini. Follow it south until you reach Av. San Martín. Turn left and cycle down Av. San Martín for about 10 minutes. Plaza Montenegro will be on your right, just before the intersection with Bv. Oroño.
