General Paz to merge onto the highway which leads into Buenos Aires. Once on Av. General Paz, take the exit toward Av. Libertador. Continue on Av. Libertador until you reach Av. Pres. Manuel Quintana. The Buenos Aires Bus is located at Av. Pres. Manuel Quintana, C1763 Cdad. Autónoma de Buenos Aires. Parking may be available nearby but check local regulations to avoid fines.

To reach Buenos Aires Bus using public transportation, start by taking the Mitre Train Line from Tigre Station to Retiro Station in Buenos Aires. The train ride takes approximately 50 minutes. Once at Retiro Station, exit the train and take bus number 152 from the bus terminal adjacent to Retiro Station. The bus will take you to Av. Pres. Manuel Quintana. Disembark at the nearest stop to the Buenos Aires Bus, which is located at Av. Pres. Manuel Quintana, C1763 Cdad. Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
