Turn left onto Calle Sarmiento and follow it for approximately 1 kilometer. Then, turn right onto Calle Emilio Petorutti. Plaza Int. Torcuato de Alvear will be on your right.     From the Tigre Train Station, take the Mitre Line train towards Retiro. You will need to get off at the next stop, which is Estación San Isidro.
