Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Tigre and head southwest on Avenida Liniers towards Ruta 197. Merge onto Ruta 197 and then take the exit for Ruta 9 toward Buenos Aires. Continue on Ruta 9 for about 30 km, then take the exit toward Av. 9 de Julio. Follow Av. 9 de Julio and then turn right onto Avenida Corrientes. Continue straight until you reach Florida Street, where you will turn left. Tango Carlos Gardel is located at Florida 165, in the San Nicolás neighborhood.

Public Transportation - Train
From Tigre, you can take the Mitre Line train towards Retiro. Board the train at Tigre Station and enjoy a scenic ride to Retiro Station, which takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Retiro, exit the station and walk towards Avenida 9 de Julio. From there, you can either take a taxi or use the Subte (subway). If using the Subte, take Line B (blue line) at Carlos Pellegrini station, which is nearby, towards Juan Manuel de Rosas and get off at the Florida station. From there, it's a short walk to Florida 165.

You can also take a bus from Tigre to Buenos Aires. Look for the bus lines that operate from Tigre to the city center, such as bus number 60 or 168. The bus ride may take around 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Buenos Aires, walk to Avenida 9 de Julio and take a taxi or the Subte as mentioned previously. Ensure you have cash to pay for the bus fare, which is approximately ARS 50.
