From Tigre, head south on Av. del Libertador towards Av. Paraná. Continue on Av. del Libertador for approximately 10 km until you reach the intersection with Av. Paraná. Turn right onto Av. Paraná and continue for about 1 km. The Vicente López Ecological Preserve will be on your left at the intersection with Almte. Brown. There is street parking available nearby, but be aware of any local parking regulations.

From Tigre, you can take the train from Tigre station (Estación Tigre) to the Libertador Mitre station (Estación Libertador Mitre). Trains run frequently and the journey takes about 15 minutes. Once at Libertador Mitre, exit the station and walk south on Av. del Libertador for about 1 km, then turn right onto Av. Paraná. Walk approximately 1 km until you reach the Vicente López Ecological Preserve on your left. The train ticket costs around ARS 50.
