From the center of Tilcara, head west on Calle Belgrano towards the Plaza Central. When you reach the Plaza, turn left onto Calle San Martín. Continue walking straight until you see the sign for Cerro de la Cruz. The walk should take approximately 20-30 minutes, with a gradual ascent as you approach the hill.

If you're driving, start from the main square in Tilcara. Head west on Calle Belgrano, then turn left onto Ruta Provincial 9. Follow the road for about 2 kilometers until you see a dirt road on your left leading up to Cerro de la Cruz. Please note that parking is limited near the trailhead, so arrive early to secure a spot.
