Start your journey from the main entrance of Torres del Paine National Park. Head south on the Route 9 road towards Puerto Natales. Continue driving to the end of the town and follow the signs for Route Y-290 towards the Parque Nacional Bernardo O'Higgins. This road will take you to the park entrance, which is about 50 kilometers (31 miles) from Puerto Natales. Be aware that sections of the road may be unpaved and require a 4x4 vehicle.
