Driving
From Page, Arizona, take US-89 S for approximately 22.9 miles. Turn right onto US-89A N and continue for about 14.3 miles. After crossing the Historic Navajo Bridge, turn right onto Lees Ferry Road. Follow Lees Ferry Road for about 1.3 miles to the signed Cathedral Wash pullout on the left side of the road. A weekly pass for Glen Canyon Recreation Area is required and costs $30 per vehicle. This can be purchased at an automated machine on Lee's Ferry Road.

Walking
From the Cathedral Wash pullout, walk a short distance north to the trailhead. The trail begins on the north side of the parking area, descending into the wash. Follow the path under Lees Ferry Road through a tunnel. After emerging from the tunnel, the trail continues its descent down Cathedral Wash. There are no additional fees or mandatory access points beyond the Glen Canyon Recreation Area entrance fee.
