If you're near the Bullhead City Library, the park is about a 1-mile walk. Head east on Hancock Rd, turn left onto AZ-95 S, then right onto Balboa Dr. The park entrance is at 2315 Balboa Dr.

Take the Bullhead City Transit bus to the nearest stop, the Bullhead City Library. From there, it's approximately a 1-mile walk to the park. A one-way cash fare on the bus is $1.00.

From the Aquarius Casino Resort in Laughlin, Nevada, a taxi or ride-share to Rotary Park will take about 16 minutes, covering roughly 8.6 miles. Expect to pay around $19 for a standard taxi or Uber/Lyft.

From the center of Bullhead City, head east on AZ-95 S for about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Balboa Dr and continue for approximately 0.5 miles. The park will be on your left at 2315 Balboa Dr. Parking is available at the park. Non-residents may have to pay a Day Use Parking Fee of $25.
