Getting There

• Public Bus

  If you're starting from downtown Yuma, head to the nearest bus stop on 4th Avenue. Look for the Yuma County Area Transit (YCAT) bus service. Board the YCAT Route 1, which travels toward East Yuma. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 32nd Street and Avenue 3E. From there, transfer to Route 4. Make sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time to ensure you don’t miss connections. Once on Route 4, ride until you reach the stop at 44th Street and County 10th Street. Waylon's Water World is just a short walk from the bus stop; head east on County 10th Street, and you’ll see the entrance on your left.

• Bicycle

  For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Yuma. Start by heading east along 14th Street towards Avenue C. Continue on Avenue C, then turn left onto 32nd Street. Follow 32nd Street until you reach the intersection with 44th Avenue. Turn right onto 44th Avenue, then continue straight until you reach County 10th Street. Turn left on County 10th Street, and Waylon's Water World will be on your left. The ride is approximately 5 miles and offers a pleasant view of the local area.

• Walking

  If you’re staying close to the Yuma Palms Regional Center, you can walk to Waylon's Water World. Start by heading southeast on South Avenue B, then turn left onto 32nd Street. Walk east until you reach the intersection with Avenue 3E. Cross Avenue 3E and continue straight for about a mile until you reach 44th Avenue. Turn right onto 44th Avenue and continue straight until you arrive at County 10th Street. Turn left, and you will find Waylon's Water World on your left side. This walk is about 2.5 miles and takes approximately 50 minutes.
