    From Yuma's downtown area, start at the Yuma County Courthouse located at 250 W 2nd St. Head east on W 2nd St toward S Madison Ave for about 0.3 miles. Then, turn left onto S 4th Ave and walk north for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Colorado River State Historic Park located at 201 N 4th Ave. The park entrance will be on your right.

    If you're near the Yuma Transit Center located at 271 S 1st Ave, you can take Bus Route 1, which runs toward the Yuma Main Post Office. Get off at the stop at 4th Ave and 1st St (approx. 15 minutes ride). From there, walk north on 4th Ave for about 0.3 miles, and you will arrive at the Colorado River State Historic Park.
