The center encompasses several facilities, including the Visitors Center, the Depot, the Moore-Hornor House, the Miller Hotel building, the Cherry Street Pavilion, and the Temple Beth El. The Visitors Center at 141 Cherry Street houses the Delta Sounds exhibit, a state-of-the-art music area dedicated to the diverse sounds of the Arkansas Delta, including blues, gospel, country, and rockabilly. It's also home to the broadcast studio for King Biscuit Time, the longest-running daily blues radio show in the United States, which airs live weekdays at 12:15 p.m.. A block away, at 95 Missouri Street, the Depot, a restored 1912 Union Pacific Railroad station, features exhibits on the American Civil War in the Arkansas Delta, including the Battle of Helena, as well as exhibits on the history of the Mississippi River, Delta agriculture, and Native American history. The Depot also hosts staff offices and a museum store.
