Aruba 2-Tank Dive Excursion for Certified Divers

Excellent customer service

I recently booked a 2-tank dive with SEARUBA FLY N DIVE, not realizing that it was specifically for certified divers. As someone who is uncertified, this was entirely my oversight. Upon arrival, the staff informed me that the dive was not suitable for me. The team at SEARUBA FLY N DIVE displayed incredible understanding and professionalism even though it was my error. Instead of leaving me stranded, they dropped me back to my hotel. They even refunded my money. This level of customer service is rare and deserves commendation. SEARUBA FLY N DIVE's commitment to their customers' satisfaction and well-being is evident in their actions. Thank you, SEARUBA FLY N DIVE, for your understanding and refunding my money which I was then able to book the correct dive and had an amazing experience.

Perfect for beginners a real scuba experience

My kids hadn’t scuba dived before but wanted to. We started with classroom style instruction, then moved to the pool, then to the boat. We anchored at the perfect place. With 2 instructors making sure we were ok we took one rope down 20 feet and a second to the side. Then we cruised around for a while as a group over the most amazing coral reef and ruins! Cynthia dive instructor was awesome and took a bunch of pictures and sent to us wait what’s app no extra charge. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to take a turbo scuba course during a cruise excursion and actually experience incredible sea life as first timers!
