Walking
From the center of San Nicolas, start at the San Nicolas Community Museum located at 30, 4A, San Nicolas. Head north on Main Street (Caya Betico Croes) for about 0.3 km until you reach the intersection with Caya G.F. Betico Croes. At this intersection, turn left onto Caya G.F. Betico Croes and continue walking for about 1.5 km. You will pass by local shops and eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you toward the Bushiribana Gold Smelter. After approximately 1.5 km, you will reach a junction where you will see signs for the Smelter; take the right fork onto Caya Frere, which will take you directly to the site. The Bushiribana Gold Smelter will be on your left after about 0.5 km.

Starting from San Nicolas, rent a bicycle from a local shop near the San Nicolas Community Museum. Head north on Main Street (Caya Betico Croes) for about 0.3 km, then turn left onto Caya G.F. Betico Croes. Continue straight for about 1.5 km. You will pass through local neighborhoods and see beautiful Aruban landscapes. When you reach the junction, take the right fork onto Caya Frere. Continue on this road for about 0.5 km, and you will find the Bushiribana Gold Smelter on your left. Be sure to follow all traffic rules and stay safe while cycling.

From San Nicolas, head to the local bus stop located at the San Nicolas Community Museum. Take a bus heading towards Oranjestad and ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Bushiribana Gold Smelter. The bus ride will take around 15-20 minutes. Once you get off, you may need to walk for about 1 km, following the signs towards Bushiribana. The walk will take you along Caya Frere, where you will eventually reach the Smelter on your left.
