Carnival Village is located in Bernhardstraat, San Nicolas. From most points in downtown San Nicolas, the village is easily accessible by foot. Simply head towards the main streets and look for the festive decorations and sounds of music. The village is centrally located and well-known, so it's easy to find.
Public Transport
From Oranjestad or other parts of Aruba, the Arubus public bus system offers a convenient and affordable way to reach San Nicolas. Take the Arubus line that goes to San Nicolas. Once in San Nicolas, the Carnival Village is a short walk from the main bus terminal. A single trip fare is approximately $2.60 USD.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available throughout Aruba and offer a direct route to Carnival Village. A taxi from Oranjestad to San Nicolas will cost approximately $46 USD. From other locations in San Nicolas, the fare will be significantly lower, with a 5km ride costing around $23.6 USD. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
Parking
If driving, several parking lots are available in San Nicolas. Recommended parking locations include the Arubus parking lot, the Refineria di Aruba (RDA) office area, near the San Nicolas Police Station, Santa Theresita Center Square, and the San Nicolas National Library. Parking is generally free, but it's advisable to arrive early, especially during events, to secure a spot.
