Taxi

Taxis are readily available throughout Aruba and offer a direct route to Alto Vista Winery & Distillery. From popular tourist areas like Palm Beach or Oranjestad, a taxi ride will typically take 15-25 minutes. Taxi fares in Aruba are fixed and should be checked in advance with the driver. A ride from Oranjestad will cost approximately $21. There is a surcharge of $3.00 on Sundays, official holidays, and from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage to and from the airport. There is an additional charge to the Aruba taxi fare of Afl 3.60 / US$2.00 per piece of luggage.
Public Transport

To reach Alto Vista Winery & Distillery via public transport, take the Arubus from Oranjestad. There is no direct bus route to the winery, so take the bus to Caya Frans Figaroa, then you will need to take a taxi or walk to the winery. The Arubus is a reliable and inexpensive option, with buses running every 15 minutes from 5:45 am to 6 pm, and every 40 minutes until 11:30 pm. A one-way bus pass costs $2.60 (4.50 AWG). A taxi from Caya Frans Figaroa to Alto Vista Winery will cost approximately $7.
