Bus
From the Adelaide city center, walk to the Adelaide Central Bus Station located at 85 Franklin Street. Take the 'Glenelg' Bus (Route 99) or 'Adelaide to Hahndorf' direct bus service. Make sure to check the schedule, as services vary. You will travel for approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Hahndorf main street stop, then walk along Hahndorf Road. After about 1 km, turn left onto Pain Road. Hahndorf Hill Winery is located at 38 Pain Rd, approximately 400 meters down the road.
Train and Bus
From Adelaide Railway Station, take the train to Mount Barker. The train journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Mount Barker, exit the station and catch the bus number 864 towards Hahndorf. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop for Pain Road. Hahndorf Hill Winery is a short walk from the bus stop, just 300 meters away.
Walking
If you are near Hahndorf, you can easily walk to Hahndorf Hill Winery. From the Hahndorf town center, head south on Hahndorf Road, which is the main thoroughfare. Continue walking for about 1 km until you reach Pain Road. Turn left onto Pain Road, and you will find Hahndorf Hill Winery approximately 400 meters down the road on your right.
