If you are starting from the Adelaide Central Bus Station, head to the bus stop located at the front of the station. Look for bus routes 99C or 98C, which frequently run towards the city center. Get off at the stop at Grenfell Street, which is a short walk from Hindmarsh Square. Once you exit the bus, walk towards the intersection of Grenfell Street and Pulteney Street, then turn right onto Pulteney Street. Continue walking until you reach Hindmarsh Square on your left side.

From the Adelaide Railway Station, you can catch the tram. Head to the tram stop located just outside the station. Board the tram heading towards the City East or Glenelg. Get off at the stop named 'Victoria Square', which is near the central business district. From there, walk north on King William Street until you reach the intersection with Pulteney Street, then turn left. Continue walking until you reach Hindmarsh Square on your right.
