From the Adelaide city center, head west towards King William Road. Continue along King William Road, crossing the City Bridge over the River Torrens. The Rotunda will be visible on your left within Elder Park, a short walk from the bridge. There are no costs associated with walking.

Take a tram or bus along King William Road. Alight at a stop near the City Bridge. Walk west, crossing the bridge, and the Rotunda will be visible within Elder Park on your left. As of July 2025, Adelaide Metro fares are approximately $4.55 during peak hours and $2.60 during off-peak for adults using a Metrocard. Paper single trip tickets are $6.60 during peak and $4.40 during off-peak. Seniors with a Seniors Card travel free at certain times.

Request a taxi or ride-share to Elder Park, King William Road. The driver can drop you off near the City Bridge, from where you can easily walk to the Rotunda. A short taxi ride from the city center will likely cost between $15 and $25.
