Walking
If you are starting from the main street of Airlie Beach, head towards the southern end of Shute Harbour Road. Once you reach the intersection with Waterson Way, turn left. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto Shingley Drive. Follow Shingley Drive for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Shingley Beach as you approach. The beach is located at the end of the road, where you will find parking and access points to the beach.

From the Airlie Beach Lagoon, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Shute Harbour Road. Take the Whitsunday Transit Bus (Route 1 or 2) towards Cannonvale.
