Walking
If you are starting from the main street of Airlie Beach, head towards the southern end of Shute Harbour Road. Once you reach the intersection with Waterson Way, turn left. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto Shingley Drive. Follow Shingley Drive for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Shingley Beach as you approach. The beach is located at the end of the road, where you will find parking and access points to the beach.

Public Transport
From the Airlie Beach Lagoon, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Shute Harbour Road. Take the Whitsunday Transit Bus (Route 1 or 2) towards Cannonvale. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Shingley Drive. Once you disembark, walk down Shingley Drive for about 500 meters, and you will arrive at Shingley Beach. The beach is located at the end of Shingley Drive.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local shops in Airlie Beach. From the center of Airlie Beach, cycle south along Shute Harbour Road. Continue onto Waterson Way and then to Shingley Drive. Follow Shingley Drive for approximately 1.5 kilometers, and you will reach Shingley Beach. There are bike racks available at the beach for you to secure your bike.
