Turn left onto The Esplanade and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Gilruth Avenue. Turn right onto Gilruth Avenue, and you'll find the entrance to the George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens on your left after about 500 meters.

    From the Darwin city center, walk to the nearest bus stop at the corner of Smith Street and Knuckey Street. Take the bus number 4 or 10 towards The Gardens. The journey will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the 'Botanic Gardens' stop, which is just a short walk from the entrance of the gardens located on Gilruth Avenue.
