Head south on the Bruce Highway (A1) for approximately 4 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for the Hinchinbrook Channel Road. Follow the Hinchinbrook Channel Road for about 20 kilometers, which will take you to the ferry terminal at Lucinda. Here, you will need to park your car and take a ferry to Hinchinbrook Island. The ferry service operates regularly, and tickets can be purchased at the terminal (costs around AUD 20 each way). Once you arrive on Hinchinbrook Island, follow the walking trail from the ferry landing to Zoe Bay Campgrounds, which is approximately a 5-kilometer hike through beautiful rainforest.

    If you are using public transportation, take a Greyhound bus or a similar service from major cities like Cairns or Townsville to Cardwell. From Cardwell, you can either take a taxi or arrange for a shuttle service to the Lucinda ferry terminal.
