If you're driving from Geraldton, head south on the North West Coastal Highway (National Route 1). Continue for approximately 410 km until you reach the junction with the Brand Highway. Take the exit towards Brand Highway and continue south. After around 100 km, turn onto the Midlands Road, which leads you towards the coast. Follow the signs to Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. Once you enter the park, follow W Head Road until you reach the West Head Lookout. There is usually no entry fee for the park, but check for any updates on fees at the entrance.
