Walking
From the center of Bad Gastein, head towards the Bad Gastein train station, which is located at Bahnhofplatz. Once you reach the station, exit the station and walk towards the main road (B167). After exiting, turn left onto B167 and walk for approximately 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Felsentherme Spa. Turn right onto this road. Follow this road uphill for about 1 km, where you will see signs for Martin-Lodinger Höhenweg. The trailhead is marked and located on your right side, just past the bridge over the river.

Public Transport
From Bad Gastein, you can take the bus line 540 towards Bad Hofgastein. Get off at the stop 'Felsentherme'. From there, walk back along the road for about 200 meters until you find the entrance to the Martin-Lodinger Höhenweg on your left. The trail is well-marked, and you will see signs indicating the start of the scenic walk.
