Public Transport
From the Bregenz Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the train to Lustenau Bahnhof. This journey takes about 15 minutes. From Lustenau Bahnhof, transfer to bus line 9 towards 'Dornbirn' and get off at 'Petzelsdorf' stop. The bus ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Petzelsdorf, Schloß Stein is a short 10-minute walk down Petzelsdorf Strasse. Follow the signs to Schloß Stein, which will be on your right.

Walking
If you prefer to walk from the center of Bregenz, start at the Vorarlberg Museum. Head south on Kaiserstraße towards Kornmarktplatz. From Kornmarktplatz, continue straight to Bregenz Stadtgarten, then follow the path until you reach the shore of Lake Constance. Walk along the lakeshore towards the east until you reach the Bregenz Hafen (harbor). From there, you can take a ferry to Langenargen, Germany. Once you disembark, walk towards the bus stop and take bus line 6 to 'Petzelsdorf'. Disembark at the 'Petzelsdorf' stop and it’s a 10-minute walk to Schloß Stein.
