Getting There

Bus

From the central bus station in Bregenz, take bus line 1 towards 'Langenweg' or bus line 5 towards 'Römerstraße'. Get off at the 'Bregenz, Bahnhof' stop. From there, walk towards the ferry terminal (Bodenseehafen) and follow the signs for the ferry to Konstanz. The ferry ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Konstanz ferry terminal, walk straight ahead towards the city center and follow the signs for Stadtgarten, which will be approximately a 15-minute walk.
Train

From Bregenz train station, take a regional train towards 'Konstanz'. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Konstanz train station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Bahnhofstraße). Turn left and walk towards the city center. Follow the signs for 'Stadtgarten', which will take about 20 minutes on foot.
Walking

If you are staying in central Bregenz, you can enjoy a scenic walk along the shores of Lake Constance. Start at the Seepromenade and walk along the lake towards the ferry terminal. Continue following the promenade until you reach the border to Germany, where Konstanz begins. Once you cross into Konstanz, walk straight to the Stadtgarten, which is a short walk from the waterfront.
