If you are starting from the Bregenz train station, exit the station and head south on Bahnhofstraße toward the main road. Continue along Bahnhofstraße until you reach the intersection with Schillerstraße. Turn left onto Schillerstraße and follow it straight until you reach the lakeside promenade. Once you reach the promenade, turn right and walk along the lake. You will see signs directing you to 'Bregenz Hafen'. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes.

From the Bregenz train station, you can take bus line 1 or 2 towards 'Bregenz Hafen'. Board the bus at the bus stop directly outside the train station.
